Front Desk Coordinator

Niki

Originally from Michigan, Niki has over 12 years in experience with optometry, and she has been with Pioneer Vision for over 6 years now. Her main focus is to make sure every patient gets the best possible customer service. Niki is there to greet you when you check in for your appointment and she is ready to assist you with the purchase of contact lenses or glasses. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and her three puppies, Buster, Jaggie, Winston. She is a sports fanatic and is always ready to talk sports with anyone that comes into the office. She especially loves the Chicago Bears, the Mets and the Bulls. Dr. Fell is thankful that she has adopted the TCU Horned Frogs as her Texas football team. Go Frogs!

Optical Manager

Nicole

Nicole is originally from South Dakota and has been in the optical field for 21 years. She started behind the scenes, working in a wholesale lab, grinding the lenses needed for glasses. From there, she moved to working in retail and fell in love with frame styling. In 2004, she earned her ABO and solidified her career in the optical industry.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and her cats and dogs. If there is a Renaissance or Celtic Festival going on, she and her family can undoubtedly be found there, dressed in full garb and enjoying the festivities!

Ophthalmic Tech

Tracy

Tracy was born an raised in Texas. She is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and has 12+ years of eye care experience. She has a genuine love for people and providing excellent patient care. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and kids as well as volunteering at her church on the weekends. Tracy and her husband also have a huge love for the Dallas Cowboys.

Insurance Coordinator

Jaclyn

Jaclyn was born and raised in Kentucky and has over 12 years of experience in the optometry and insurance field.  She started her career as a frame stylist, cross trained to become a clinical technician, and eventually transitioned to insurance coordinator.  Helping patients understand their medical and vision benefits is something she truly enjoys.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four pets. She spends a majority of her weekends outside and by the water. If she isn’t outside, then she is watching sports. She is a sports fanatic and particularly loves the Kentucky Wildcats.
