Dr. Fell’s family helped settle Round Rock over 160 years ago. In fact, Pioneer Vision is only about a half mile from his families’ original homestead. While he had to leave town to pursue his degree, Dr. Fell will always call Round Rock his home and will always treat his patients like family. But that’s not what makes him interesting…
